So we have autumn heather honey and spring heather honey. The spring and autumn heather (or sousoura) are among the most important beekeeping plants in Greece. It is produced almost all over the country. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Autumn heather honey is tastier than that of spring heather and is distinguished by its strong flavor.
