Honey and Health
Honey is unique in its kind of product, rich in nutrients, aroma and taste. The differences between flower honeys and those from coniferous trees are significant. Flower honeys contain pollen residues while honey from coniferous trees is rich in minerals. Nectar-derived honeys are light in color, lighter and crystallize, while honeydew honeys are dark in color and less crystallized.
